Nova 7 is an epic space themed slot adventure from the folks at Realtime Gaming. If you're a fan of sci-fi or all things space in general, you'll enjoy this game. it's bursting with life and character, from the graphics to the epic background music that makes you feel like an astronaut in a 1980s dystopian space movie. This game has tons of mechanics and special features to keep you interested, too. Space is a pretty epic slot theme and there are a plethora of games that cover this topic, but none of them have covered the topic the way Nova 7 does.

The backdrop of the slot features a deep space theme. The blackness of the abyss of space is evident along with small dashes of color from the cascading stars. There are two planets in the distance, and one of them seems to be earth. The bottom of the game grid displays some foreign planet. From what I gather based on the design of this slot, we're space explorers on a foreign planet. There are otherworldly, and strange looking rocks and magma and holes filled with mysterious substances at the bottom of the game grid.

Symbols

There is a wild symbol, and a scatter symbol. The wild symbol is the red seven symbol, and the sun is displayed in the background of the red seven wild symbols. The red seven is wild and counts for all symbols except for the scatter symbol. The red seven Wild might solar flare, It could also supernova or hypernova! I'll explain that more in depth later during the special features, though. The scatter symbol is the nearly identical blue seven feature.

When a symbol 'solar flares' it'll happen on reels two and four. The symbol will solar flare and expand to cover the entire reel before paying out rewards. The 'nova' feature occurs when the wild symbol lands on reel three. This symbol will multiply the prize for any win it appears in by seven. The red 7 on reel three might go from 'nova' to 'super nova' it'll expand to cover the entire reel. The 'hyper nova' feature occurs when the red seven appears on reel two, and goes from solar flare to hypernova, and cover reel one. The red 7 on reel four might solar flare, then hypernova to cover reel five too. The symbols within this game board are represented by planets. The top paying premium symbol is the red planet, followed by the blue planet and the green planet. All symbols pay from left to right, and that includes the scatters.

Special Features

There are four different free games features, and when you land three or more scatter symbols you'll trigger one of them. When you touch a triggered scatter symbol it'll reveal a Nova 7 Feature or a Supernova 7 Feature as well as a Hypernova 7 Feature. The last special feature option is a Hypernove Extreme feature. If you land the Nova 7 Feature, you'll receive seven free games, and this feature also adds extra wilds to the reels two, three and four. The Supernova 7 Feature can be triggered, and you'll receive all of the same benefits of the Nova 7 Feature except all prizes are multiplied by 7! The Hypernova Feature is where at red seven symbol that has expanded on reel three will trigger a re-spin feature after the payout is awarded. If you land the Hypernova Extreme, all red 7s will expand that are located on reel three.
